This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate our bi-monthly New Hire Orientation sessions in person at one of Tonal’s hub locations and ensure timely distribution of orientation materials and communications to new hires and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee and implement the onboarding process, which includes submitting and processing paperwork to the relevant departments, creating new employee files, coordinating orientation, and aiding training initiatives.
• Collaborate with and assist our HR Business Partners in daily HR administration and enhancing the employee lifecycle.
• Support our global workforce by serving as the initial point of contact for HR, which involves providing employee documentation, addressing general HR inquiries, and assisting with system troubleshooting.
• Execute the offboarding process as necessary, which includes updating key stakeholders and managing the offboarding workflow.
• Work closely with our Recruiting, Workplace, Legal, and IT teams to enhance the employee experience.
• Become proficient in our HR systems and ensure accurate data maintenance across them.
• Actively seek out improvement opportunities within HR systems and processes.
• Conduct weekly audits of compliance measures and data entry in alignment with HR policies.
• Ensure that essential documentation is properly stored in employee files.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.
• Naturally inquisitive, with a continuous desire to learn and enhance processes and programs.
• Collaborative by nature, fostering positive working relationships and effectively partnering with others on projects and initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Paylocity or HRIS.
