This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee product listings, including tags, descriptions, and page updates in Shopify.
β’ Perform competitor and pricing analysis to maintain competitive product pricing.
β’ Investigate new products, suppliers, and market trends.
β’ Provide support for general maintenance and housekeeping of the Shopify backend.
β’ Compose and dispatch emails, including payment reminders, customer follow-ups, and supplier correspondence.
β’ Organize and maintain data in Google Sheets with a clean and structured format.
β’ Manage files and documentation within Google Drive.
β’ Develop and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
β’ Research and provide pricing information for flights, accommodations, and logistics for staff attending events.
β’ Coordinate event administration through Jotform, including applicant communications and approval workflows.
β’ Assist with event planning tasks as directed by the team.
β’ Aid in setting up automated email responses and workflows using Jotform and Zapier.
β’ Help create FAQ templates and automated customer responses utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency by streamlining repetitive tasks through simple automation.
β’ 2-3+ years of experience in a comparable e-commerce administration or virtual assistant position.
β’ Practical experience with Shopify (product management and backend navigation).
β’ Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
β’ Excellent written English and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email.
β’ Organized and detail-oriented, with a capability to present data neatly.
β’ Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
β’ Familiarity with Zapier, Jotform, or similar automation and form tools is advantageous.
β’ Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content or workflow assistance is a plus.
