This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide administrative assistance to Regional Customer Service Managers, ensuring efficiency and organization in daily operations.
• Track operational metrics, compile information, and aid in the creation of management reports.
• Arrange regional calendars, meetings, and events, while monitoring action items and their implementation plans.
• Assist in managing documents, contracts, requisitions, payments, and other administrative processes for the department.
• Act as a bridge between Regional Managers and support teams, facilitating effective communication and request fulfillment.
• Conduct administrative oversight using spreadsheets and corporate systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Create presentations and supporting documents for meetings, performance evaluations, and management discussions.
• Help in tracking quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics, enhancing the organization of regional data.
• Manage travel requests, expense reports, purchasing, and other administrative tasks needed to assist managers.
• Participate in the standardization and ongoing enhancement of administrative processes within the Customer Service sector.
• Pursuing or holding an undergraduate degree in Administration, Management Processes, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in administrative roles, ideally within customer service, operations, or service-oriented environments.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in report preparation, administrative oversight, and monitoring metrics will be advantageous.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
