This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and lead the ITSM program portfolio from the planning stage through to execution.
• Establish and implement standardized delivery practices across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proactively manage inter-program dependencies, risks, sequencing, and trade-offs in delivery.
• Ensure consistent and reliable execution across both platform and non-platform initiatives.
• Act as the main escalation point for issues related to program health, scope, and delivery risks.
• Define and uphold PMO frameworks, delivery standards, templates, and operational methodologies.
• Ensure that delivery rigor is consistently applied and appropriately scaled based on initiative complexity.
• Create and maintain a repeatable operational model for program execution.
• Collaborate with ITSM leadership to align portfolio priorities with organizational objectives.
• Promote the use of ServiceNow SPM as the authoritative system for portfolio planning and execution.
• Work with the SPM platform owner to ensure structures and reports align with PMO requirements.
• Ensure data quality and consistency to facilitate accurate portfolio-level reporting.
• Integrate Organizational Change Management (OCM) components, including communication, training, readiness, and stakeholder engagement into the program delivery process.
• Make certain that changes are consumable and sustainable throughout the enterprise.
• Coordinate rollout plans to maximize value realization while minimizing disruptions.
• Manage executive-level portfolio reporting across the ITSM portfolio.
• Convert delivery data and program status into clear and concise narratives for senior leadership.
• Proactively identify and elevate risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
• Lead and coordinate delivery partners throughout the execution of the ITSM program.
• Set clear expectations regarding quality, transparency, and accountability.
• Optimize partner engagement to enhance scalability and delivery efficiency.
• Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
• Oversee delivery governance for M&A, divestiture, and TSA exit initiatives within the ITSM framework.
• Ensure repeatable delivery patterns for integration and separation activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and Business leaders to mitigate execution risks.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise PMO, portfolio delivery, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in executive communication and portfolio reporting.
• Established experience in building and scaling PMO operational models.
• Experience in managing global delivery teams and partnerships.
• Ability to function effectively within complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in delivering services within or alongside IT Service Management organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/portfolio platforms is preferred.
• Experience in M&A, divestiture, or TSA separation is preferred.
• Background in Organizational Change Management is preferred.
• Lean / Agile certifications with practical application experience are preferred.
