This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Aid in the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time.
• Execute employment eligibility verifications using the E-Verify system to adhere to federal regulations.
• Keep onboarding records organized and follow up on any missing or incomplete paperwork.
• Ensure employee records within HR information systems (HRIS) are accurate and current.
• Assist the HR team in managing both digital and physical personnel files in an orderly and compliant fashion.
• Help with HR reporting and perform periodic data audits to identify and rectify inaccuracies.
• Support the team by maintaining spreadsheets, tracking tools, and various administrative HR systems.
• Facilitate benefit enrollment processing, making sure all related documentation is complete and accurately filed.
• Provide basic benefits information to employees and direct them to the appropriate resources or contacts for further assistance.
• Maintain benefits records and assist with updates and changes in HR systems as they happen.
• Collaborate with the HR team to compile documentation and prepare responses to unemployment insurance claims.
• Monitor claim deadlines and keep organized records to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Accurately and promptly post approved job openings on job boards and company career sites.
• Oversee active job postings and assist with updates or removals as positions are filled or requirements evolve.
• Organize incoming applications and maintain precise records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in preparing HR forms, letters, and other documentation as directed by the HR team.
• Provide support for general HR administrative tasks and special projects as required.
• Address routine internal inquiries and refer more complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities — accuracy in data entry and record management is crucial.
• Proven capability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
