This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in the daily HR operations across various locations.
• Ensure the effective implementation of employee lifecycle procedures.
• Uphold the accuracy of HR data.
• Offer administrative assistance to employees and stakeholders.
• Oversee HR documentation along with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Perform data audits within the HR management system (HRMS).
• Handle employee terminations and manage timesheets.
• Provide advice on labor law inquiries to cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in HR administration and personnel documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Russian (C1).
• Exceptional, friendly communication skills coupled with a collaborative attitude.
• Preferred: Previous experience in an international organization.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms (e.g., HiBob).
