This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become proficient in the Rescale platform and its integration into customer workflows.
• Provide advanced technological solutions and support concerning some of Rescale’s most impactful features.
• Publish, oversee, and enhance complex HPC software for our most demanding clientele.
• Develop and implement processes and best practices related to HPC services and support.
• Champion customer requirements internally while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve customer success objectives and contribute to overall company goals.
• Actively engage with the customer support team to enhance customer value realization through every interaction, thereby driving increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and implement opportunities for enhanced productivity through automation and tools.
• Design and refine processes aimed at boosting customer satisfaction by consistently fulfilling or surpassing commitments to clients and enhancing the quality of deliverables.
• Provide technical assistance to our customers, independent software vendors, and strategic partners.
• Address various issues related to the software utilized by customers on Rescale, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the software and an in-depth knowledge of the environment in which it operates.
• Maintain the software offerings on Rescale, including installation, benchmarking, and optimizing performance for the operational environment.
• Over 2 years of experience with HPC systems and HPC applications.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating system environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Interest in cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• General knowledge of HPC, schedulers, MPI, containers, Kubernetes, and GPU computing.
• Introductory experience with scientific computing libraries and tools, including OpenMP and CUDA.
• Experience in applying AI-assisted workflows within the software development lifecycle, utilizing AI agents, code generation, and automation to enhance engineering velocity and quality.
• Basic understanding of at least one CAE discipline (CFD, FEA, EDA, ML/AI, Molecular Dynamics, Weather Forecasting, Optics, etc.).
• Capability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across IT, engineering, and R&D.
• A self-motivated individual eager to learn and support project success in collaborative environments.
• Technical aptitude to understand the product and platform experience, as well as the customer journey in the high-performance computing and enterprise PaaS landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
