Housing Coordinator – Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding service to clients on significant loss assignments that necessitate the collaboration of various departments and functions.

• Act as a resource for concierge services and systems.

• Assess substantial residential and commercial property losses to triage job requirements and assign contractors accordingly.

• Serve as the primary contact for high net worth clients.

• Dispatch and coordinate multiple trades on large projects with established repair plans.

• Work alongside support departments to ensure smooth client transactions.

• Oversee jobs throughout the process to ensure compliance with referring-client protocols.

• Assist with special projects and provide training to new colleagues on processes and systems.

• Contribute to the organization's quality programs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer concierge or claims customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Strong understanding of concierge department systems and procedures.

• In-depth knowledge of other support departments.

• Proven ability to resolve issues and manage conflicts effectively.

• Comprehensive knowledge of managed repair strategies and processes.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

• Proficient in PC usage, specifically Microsoft Office products.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work autonomously or within a team setting.

• Ability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.

• Regular attendance during scheduled work hours is mandatory.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
