This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a collection of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel through sharing best practices and peer coaching.
• Maximize ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and expand market share from existing clients through deliberate and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with designated hotels to update on progress.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to enhance revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• A minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Multi-property sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
• This position is home-based (remote) during the client’s business hours.
