This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-centric culture in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk personnel through best practices sharing and peer coaching.
• Enhance ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Engage new accounts in local markets and expand market share from existing clients through strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams for assigned hotels.
• Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating with the assigned POD to boost hotel portfolio revenue.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• A minimum of 3 years of consecutive hotel guestroom sales experience across various market segments.
• Preference for candidates with multi-property sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and presentation.
• Capable of managing priorities and delivering results in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States and be willing to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client’s business hours.
• Travel for in-market visits (2-4 visits per year).
