This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver strategic, proactive sales initiatives for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture alongside General Managers and Front Desk personnel.
• Responsible for generating ROI for hotel partners while reaching revenue targets.
• Cultivate new accounts within the local market and expand market share from current accounts.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategies via MS Teams.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate closely with your designated POD to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Travel for bimonthly in-market visits to strengthen client relationships.
• Minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in the business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Two years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales position is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General understanding of hotel operations.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline.
• Proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications.
