This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver proactive, strategic sales initiatives for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded, select-service hotels.
• Foster a sales-driven environment among General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing best practices and facilitating peer coaching.
• Generate return on investment for hotel partners and meet revenue targets within a six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new local-market accounts and enhance market share from existing clients through targeted prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via Microsoft Teams for the assigned hotels.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with the designated POD to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model and drive revenue for the portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Act as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen and elevate client relationships.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across various market segments.
• Experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local clients.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Capable of working on a computer and participating in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2–4 times per year.
• The position is home-based (remote) during the client’s business hours.
