This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk staff through the sharing of best practices and peer coaching.
• Enhance ROI for hotel partners while reaching revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and boost market share from existing accounts through targeted prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly presentations on sales strategies via MS Teams with designated hotels.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts effectively and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to maximize revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Represent clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Ability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in Canada and be willing to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times annually.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client business hours.
