This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Cultivates sales initiatives with both current and prospective VCSPs, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to existing Cloud Service Providers - VCSPs.
• Builds a sales pipeline by proactively engaging in calls to transform sales discussions into opportunities with identified VCSPs.
• Collaborates with the regional sales team to push opportunities through to closure, coordinating with Cloud Systems Engineers for technical qualification and product demonstrations.
• Secures business in partnership with VCSPs within a tier-two model.
• Achieves individual revenue targets, if applicable.
• Utilizes business generated by VCSPs with end users/customers effectively.
• Develops account strategies and synchronizes team selling efforts with Inside Sales Representatives, Channel Partner Managers, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and others to finalize deals.
• Efficiently implements business plans to enhance revenue.
• Records forecasting and account/opportunity specifics in Veeam’s CRM (SalesForce).
• Proposes, organizes, and engages in marketing activities within the designated territory.
• Capable of traveling 0 - 30% of the time within the designated territory/region requirements.
• Targets a defined group of Resell & Cloud providers in the Dutch market, developing joint sales opportunities with the Dutch sales team.
• Assists existing Resell & Cloud providers in creating new offerings/services.
• Leads Hosting and Cloud initiatives in The Netherlands, supporting the broader Veeam Cloud Service Provider ecosystem.
• Aids existing Rental Distributors/Sub-Aggregators in promoting the region's Veeam Cloud & Hosting capabilities.
• Experience: 5-10 years of field sales experience with Cloud/Hosting/Service Providers, including the management of MSP partners, demonstrating a successful history of closing significant contract negotiations.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of VMware, Microsoft, and virtualization/cloud technologies is beneficial.
• Industry Relationships: Established relationships within leading Cloud or Hosting provider accounts, with the capability to develop new partnerships.
• Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• Business level fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities.
• Travel: Willingness to travel 0-50% of the time.
• Autonomy: Capable of working independently, self-driven with minimal oversight, and a proactive approach to seeking assistance when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration capabilities.
