• Prior experience in a similar position within a luxury hospitality setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Professional appearance along with a welcoming and approachable attitude.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
