• Lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists tasked with enhancing host employer engagement and driving job sales within a specified territory.
• Guide the team in effectively selling to new host employers while also nurturing and renewing relationships with current partners.
• Coach team members on successful sales techniques, including lead generation, cold calling, presentations, and securing commitments.
• Assist the team in ongoing account management by addressing host-related issues and requests, prioritizing gold-standard service to foster long-term client relationships.
• Support the Senior Manager of CIEE Canada Direct Office in reaching annual program sales targets and long-term business development goals for all Inbound Exchange programs pertaining to the Canadian market.
• Provide sales leadership by overseeing a team of International Recruitment Specialists focused on acquiring new hosts and renewing existing host relationships within a designated territory.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement strategic sales initiatives for the assigned region to achieve and surpass seasonal objectives.
• Establish personalized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members.
• Develop outreach strategies to connect with new hosts and renew current relationships.
• Deliver top-tier account management to host accounts in your region by fostering long-term relationships and ensuring international recruitment specialists uphold their commitments.
• Identify avenues for growth and retention.
• Engage in high-level sales activities, such as presentations to potential and existing hosts.
• Consult with hosts on hiring strategies that align with participant availability and market dynamics.
• Collaborate across departments with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to guarantee host satisfaction and maintain program quality.
• Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders through proactive communication and support.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 - 6 years of prior sales success is essential, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Ability to interpret metrics to draw conclusions and formulate strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail are required.
• Proactive attitude and a preference for a fast-paced working environment.
• Capability to work effectively with remote field staff.
• Ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and resolve problems efficiently.
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
• A tolerance for ambiguity and a good sense of humor are beneficial.
• Proficiency in technology is required – experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Teams is preferred.
