• Oversee a team of International Recruitment Specialists tasked with enhancing host employer engagement and driving job sales within a designated territory.
• Lead your team in successfully acquiring new host employers while also nurturing and renewing relationships with current ones.
• Mentor staff on effective sales techniques, including lead generation, cold outreach, presentations, and securing commitments.
• Assist your team with ongoing account management, specifically addressing host-related inquiries and issues, focusing on delivering exceptional service to foster long-term client relationships.
• Aid the Senior Manager of CIEE Canada Direct Office in accomplishing annual program sales targets and long-term business development goals for all Inbound Exchange programs connected to the Canadian market.
• Provide sales guidance by leading a team of International Recruitment Specialists to attract new hosts and renew existing host partnerships within a specified region.
• Work in collaboration with leadership to formulate and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned area to achieve and surpass seasonal objectives.
• Establish individualized sales targets and pipeline goals for team members.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage new hosts and rejuvenate existing relationships.
• Deliver exemplary account management to host accounts in your region by cultivating long-lasting relationships, ensuring the international recruitment specialists meet their commitments, and pinpointing opportunities for growth and retention.
• Engage in high-level sales initiatives, including presentations to potential and current hosts.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies that align with participant availability and market dynamics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to guarantee host satisfaction and uphold program quality.
• Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders through proactive communication and support.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of demonstrated sales success is required, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Ability to analyze metrics and formulate strategies based on findings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are required.
• Proactive attitude and preference for working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Capability to collaborate with remote field staff.
• Proficient in investigating and analyzing information to draw conclusions and solve problems effectively.
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a sense of humor.
• Proficient in technology – experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams is preferred.
• Innovative, creative, and adaptable to a changing environment.
