This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead sales initiatives by overseeing a team of International Recruitment Specialists tasked with engaging new hosts and renewing current host relationships within a specific territory.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic sales plans for the designated region aimed at achieving and surpassing seasonal objectives.
• Establish personalized sales targets and pipeline expectations for team members.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract new hosts and maintain existing relationships.
• Deliver exceptional account management to host accounts in your area by fostering long-term relationships, ensuring international recruitment specialists fulfill their obligations, and spotting opportunities for growth and retention.
• Engage in high-level sales activities, which include delivering presentations to potential and current hosts.
• Advise hosts on hiring strategies that align with participant availability and current market trends.
• Collaborate across departments with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to guarantee host satisfaction and uphold program quality.
• Facilitate a positive experience for all stakeholders through proactive communication and support.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3-6 years of proven sales experience is required, with a preference for B2B and human capital solutions.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Ability to formulate conclusions and strategies based on metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a keen attention to detail are required.
• A proactive attitude and a preference for operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to collaborate with remote field personnel.
• Proficient in investigating and analyzing information to derive conclusions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Energetic, personable, goal-driven, and team-focused.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a good sense of humor.
• Required technology proficiency, including experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams.
