Hospital Services Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Selects, trains, manages, and develops a proficient and effective Services staff.

• Oversees the scheduling and efficiency of the On-Site Service Technicians' time management and collections.

• Provides supervision for On-Site Service Technicians across multiple locations.

• Coordinates the delivery and collection processes with MAE, external vendors, and other necessary parties.

• Manages the scheduling, dispatching, training, and performance evaluation of On-Site Service Technicians.

• Travels within the designated area to visit client sites and address customer service inquiries.

• Travels between customer locations to facilitate on-site placement and collection of waste containers.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a Health Care environment.

• Valid Driver's License is required.
