Hospital Billing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the billing operations within the revenue cycle management framework.

• Ensure services rendered are billed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Create and execute strategies to enhance billing efficiency and maximize revenue capture.

• Monitor and evaluate billing performance metrics and key indicators.

• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the billing team.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital and physician claims follow-up and denials management.

• At least 1 year of experience in team coordination.

• Proficient in hospital EMRs, including Cerner, Epic, McKesson, CPSI, Meditech, etc.

• Familiarity with various billing systems such as Waystar, SSI, Quadax, Availity, etc.

• Proficient with the Medicare DDE system.

• Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Outlook.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
