This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of monthly billing for DCS-related client services.
• Review service documentation to ensure billing accuracy prior to submission.
• Confirm that all billable services are recorded so that the agency receives payment for services rendered.
• Upload necessary documents into billing systems, software platforms, and/or designated folders.
• Adhere to strict billing timelines with a heightened sense of urgency.
• Accurately and consistently upload large volumes of client-related documents.
• Ensure that documents are appropriately named, saved, categorized, and uploaded in accordance with company standards.
• Review uploaded files to verify accuracy, completeness, and proper placement.
• Maintain organized electronic records for billing and auditing purposes.
• Conduct regular audits of billing documentation, client records, and service files.
• Identify any missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
• Compare documentation across spreadsheets, billing systems, and internal software.
• Highlight discrepancies and follow up with the relevant internal team member.
• Assist in ensuring the organization is ready for audits and compliance reviews.
• Utilize spreadsheets to monitor billing status, missing documents, client information, and audit findings.
• Accurately enter and update data.
• Employ filters, sorting, basic formulas, and organized tracking systems to manage high-volume information.
• Uphold confidentiality and accuracy when dealing with sensitive client and billing information.
• Communicate in a clear and professional manner with U.S.-based team members.
• Provide updates regarding billing progress, missing documents, and urgent issues.
• Seek clarification when documentation is incomplete or unclear.
• Quickly escalate concerns when deadlines or billing accuracy are at risk.
• Proficient written and reading comprehension skills in English.
• Experience in billing, documentation review, data entry, auditing, or administrative support.
• Strong spreadsheet capabilities, including Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn and navigate billing systems, client management systems, and document management platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume documentation while maintaining focus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to identify missing information and inconsistencies across systems.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
• Background in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, child welfare, insurance billing, government contracts, or compliance-related work.
• Experience in reviewing documentation for audits or billing accuracy.
• Familiarity with working in remote teams across different time zones.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
