This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Deliver telephone triage support for hospice patients and their families.
• Evaluate patient conditions and identify suitable next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to ensure effective care and resource coordination.
• Meticulously document all interactions and interventions.
• Maintain a composed and professional demeanor while addressing urgent calls.
• Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) is necessary for documenting calls.
• Capability and comfort in typing documentation and notes in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to manage stress and multitask while handling calls (minimum of 5 calls per hour during weekdays, and up to 8 per hour on weekends).
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities are essential.
• Must be able to work independently in a remote setting.
• This remote position requires consistent attendance, proactive communication, and reliable internet access during all scheduled shifts to facilitate timely patient care coordination.
• Starting base pay of $25 per hour with opportunities to increase the hourly rate, potentially reaching up to $28 per hour within the first 6 months of employment.
• Three weeks of paid remote training provided.
