Hospice Triage RN, PT 3:30 PM - 11 PM, Rotating Sat & Sun 9:30 AM - 4 PM CST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephone triage for hospice patients and their families

• Evaluate patient conditions and identify suitable next steps

• Collaborate with on-call teams to facilitate care and resource coordination

• Meticulously document all communications and interventions

• Maintain a composed and professional demeanor while managing urgent calls

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Preference for experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care

• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) for call documentation

• Capability to document notes and communications in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to manage stress and multitask while handling calls

• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting

• Reliable attendance, effective communication, and stable internet connectivity during scheduled shifts

• Starting pay of $25 per hour, with opportunities to increase the hourly rate up to $28 per hour within the first 6 months of employment

• Three weeks of paid remote training

• $2 shift differential for overnight shifts
