Horticulture Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Install new Growcer farms

• Educate customers on the efficient operation of their farm(s)

• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues

• Travel across the country and potentially internationally for training purposes

• Conduct data collection tasks for experiments

• Offer virtual assistance when not present on-site

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in a technical, mechanical, or field service position

• Strong mechanical skills

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Knowledge of troubleshooting systems in controlled environment agriculture

• A college or university degree in mechanical engineering, technical trades, or a related discipline

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States and be willing to travel nationally and internationally
