Horse Racing Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of operational processes that drive the Horse Racing product, ensuring a smooth and premium customer experience.

• Work in conjunction with teams from Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to support efforts aimed at enhancing performance and optimizing offerings.

• Help identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and provide solutions that positively impact key business metrics.

• Aid in the definition and execution of promotional campaigns for the Horse Racing product, collaborating closely with the Promotions Team to implement strategies effectively.

• Evaluate promotional and product performance, utilizing data to reveal insights that guide future strategies.

• Support project execution from the planning phase to delivery, ensuring initiatives remain on schedule and aligned with team objectives.

• Use your passion for horse racing to suggest ideas that enhance the product experience and boost engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field is preferred.

• Must reside in Oregon and have the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the state.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations, analytics, or business support position, preferably in a dynamic or data-centric environment.

• A foundational understanding of the horse racing industry is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Microsoft Excel for data interpretation and insight generation.

• An interest in project management, along with the ability to remain organized and contribute to several initiatives at once.

• A collaborative attitude and the skill to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
