This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You are responsible for the learning success and motivation of our participants.

• You promote active engagement with the learning materials and their practical application.

• You encourage the group to discuss what they have learned in innovative formats.

• You motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere.

• You oversee the individual completion of tasks within the framework of project work.

• You evaluate the project work.

• You assist in the (further) development of the product.

• You teach from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the field of Controlling & Business Intelligence (2 years +).

• Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or other relevant fields and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting, Business Intelligence: Data Analysis & Visualization, Business Intelligence: Forecasting & Scenarios, Business Intelligence: Automating Reporting & Detecting Anomalies, Understanding & Evaluating Processes with AI, Self-Service Business Intelligence.

• Experience with the primary tool: Power BI.

• Ability to strategically use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) to support work processes.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
