This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the learning success and motivation of participants.

• Support and guidance for learners within the Flipped Classroom model.

• Encourage active engagement with learning content and its practical application.

• Stimulate discussions about the learned material through innovative formats.

• Inspire participants and create a positive learning and working environment.

• Supervise the individual handling of assignment tasks related to project work and evaluate project outcomes.

• Assist in the (further) development of the product.

• Conduct classes from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in product management (2 years +).

• Significant practical experience in product management, in the context of both analog and/or digital products as well as AI-supported applications.

• Degree/education in business, technology, innovation, or a comparable qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira, along with their practical application.

• Solid experience in product management and use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma).

• Knowledge in business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based success measurement.

• Strong in stakeholder management, lateral leadership, and collaboration with product and project teams.

• Proficient in working with hypotheses, experiments, and innovation processes.
