This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the learning success and motivation of participants

• As a trainer in the flipped classroom model, accompany and support the learners

• Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application

• Encourage discussions about what has been learned

• Motivate participants and create a positive learning and working atmosphere

• Oversee the individual handling of assignments within the framework of project work

• Evaluate project work

• Assist in the (further) development of the product

• Conduct classes from a home office

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in product management (2 years +)

• Solid practical experience in product management, in the context of analog and/or digital products, as well as AI-supported applications

• Degree/training in business/technology/innovation or a comparable qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira, along with their practical application

• Extensive product management experience and use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma)

• Knowledge in business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based success measurement

• Competent in stakeholder management, lateral leadership, and working with product and project teams

• Experience in working with hypotheses, experiments, and innovation processes
