📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the learning success and motivation of participants

• Support learners in the Flipped Classroom model

• Encourage active engagement with the learning materials and their practical application

• Stimulate group discussions about the knowledge acquired

• Assess project work and provide individualized feedback on tasks

• Assist in the (further) development of the product

• Conduct lessons from a home office

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in product management (2 years +)

• Solid practical experience in product management within the context of analog and/or digital products as well as AI-supported applications

• Degree/education in business/technology/innovation or a comparable qualification

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira

• Strong product management experience and utilization of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma)

• Ability to identify customer needs and product visions using appropriate research methods

• Knowledge of business cases, portfolio management, go-to-market strategies, and KPI-based success measurement

• Skilled in stakeholder management, lateral leadership, and collaboration with product and project teams

• Data-driven work with KPIs, experiments, and basic analyses
