This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the learning success and motivation of participants

• Accompany and support learners as a coach in their individual learning processes using the flipped classroom model

• Promote active engagement with learning materials and their practical application

• Encourage discussions about the learned content in innovative formats

• Motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere

• Supervise individual task processing within the context of project work

• Evaluate project work

• Assist in the further development of the product

• Conduct lessons from a home office

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in controlling & business intelligence, at least 2 years

• Excellent command of the training language German (C2)

• Extensive knowledge in the field of controlling & business intelligence

• Degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics, or a relevant field and/or professional experience in related areas

• Experience with Power BI as the primary tool

• Experience with Microsoft Excel is desirable

• Ability to strategically use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in Excel to assist work processes

• Include an overview of projects with Power BI and/or AI tools related to controlling & business intelligence in the application

• Several years of experience as an online trainer is preferred

• Ideally, experience in the context of funded further education

• Application of innovative didactic methods during synchronous online phases is desirable

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork are desirable
