This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate homeowners about Splitero's Home Equity Investment by clarifying our terms and differentiating them from traditional financing alternatives.

• Address homeowner inquiries, attentively listen to their needs and concerns, and provide precise information.

• Oversee a pipeline of multiple homeowners throughout the entire transaction process, from the initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

• Collaborate effectively with Processors and other team members, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere and supporting Splitero's overarching goals.

• Leverage a comprehensive tech stack to monitor homeowner statuses and interactions, cooperate with team members, and manage homeowner data.

• Ensure all interactions and transactions adhere to Splitero’s policies and procedures as well as best practices in the mortgage industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales.

• An active NMLS license is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing robust CRM tools such as Salesforce.

• Experience in managing an inbound sales pipeline.

• A passion for supporting the financial well-being of homeowners.

• A mindset centered on homeowner experience.

• Advanced communication skills, including active listening, understanding homeowner needs, responding appropriately, maintaining composure under pressure, and conveying empathy.

• The capability to present complex information in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• A proactive self-starter with a strong level of initiative and self-motivation, determined to achieve goals.

• A solid sense of self-confidence, self-worth, and professional demeanor, enabling effective engagement with homeowners and teammates.

• Ability to build rapport and sustain strong relationships with both homeowners and teammates.

• Strong sales aptitude: the capability to engage with and guide homeowners throughout the process, adapt your approach as needed, follow up appropriately, and inspire them to make informed decisions that align with their financial aspirations.

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in every aspect of your work.
