Homemoves and Retentions Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from current UW customers, landlords, and prospective tenants.

• Achieve call handling KPIs, including a minimum of 5 calls each hour.

• Meet sales objectives related to New Occupier Move In or Retention conversion percentages.

• Review outstanding tasks and follow-up calls.

• Participate in training and skill enhancement sessions.

• Engage in team meetings and discussions.
