Homecharge Operations Coordinator – 6m FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Coordinating and scheduling numerous Domestic chargepoint installations

• Providing quotes for additional services beyond the standard installation package

• Overseeing the phone lines for inquiries related to Domestic Operations

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with the Pod Point Field Team

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects

• Capable of maintaining composure under pressure and making swift decisions

• Technically adept with an understanding of electrical terminology

• Excellent at fostering relationships with customers and internal partners

• Comfortable handling numbers and data

• Experience in the EV sector is highly advantageous
