This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as a facilitator for home purchases, serving as the intermediary between borrowers, realtors, and the mortgage company.
• Initiate and promote an innovative home buying program.
• Create and maintain sales contract and lease templates for the initiative.
• Develop and sustain Job Aids to support the program.
• Provide training to loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closers regarding the program and specific loan files.
• Evaluate and report on the programs to enhance their quality and effectiveness.
• Maintain proactive communication with realtors, buyers, and all parties involved in the transactions.
• At least 2 years of experience in Appraisal Real Estate or Real Estate Conveyance.
• Familiarity with the residential real estate transaction life cycle in one or more states.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and solution-focused.
• A team player with a positive mindset.
• Strong emphasis on client service and customer service skills.
• Capable of making independent decisions and managing multiple tasks.
