Home Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct residential property inspections in accordance with relevant Standards of Practice.

• Evaluate structural, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, ventilation, and interior systems and components.

• Identify, record, and communicate material defects and significant observations.

• Prepare precise, comprehensive, and timely inspection reports.

• Capture clear photographs that support inspection findings.

• Professionally explain inspection results to clients and their representatives.

• Maintain assigned inspection tools, equipment, vehicles, and technology.

• Keep up-to-date with required licenses, certifications, and ongoing education.

• Provide an exceptional client experience that aligns with AA Home Inspection's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

• Represent AA Home Inspection with professionalism, integrity, and courtesy.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency with computers, tablets, mobile devices, and inspection software.

• Capability to work independently and manage daily schedules effectively.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is preferred.

• Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) certification is preferred.

• Previous experience in residential home inspections is preferred.

• Familiarity with Scribeware Reporting Software is preferred.
