This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Make up to 80 calls each day to customers who are expecting to hear from Clever.
• Inform home buyers and sellers about Clever's processes.
• Identify customer needs, offer guidance, and respond to inquiries regarding Clever's services.
• Gather and confirm essential customer information for precise data management.
• Work together with internal team members to ensure seamless transitions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled by agents.
• Provide a top-notch, five-star experience for every customer.
• Experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in sales, customer service, or a call-center setting is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a remote support environment with a high volume of calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
• Commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
