This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel sales expansion by comprehending the distinct requirements of HOAs and property management firms, while efficiently cross-selling treasury products and services.
• Sustain an active sales pipeline and deliver real-time updates utilizing CRM systems.
• Exhibit professionalism in interactions and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and product knowledge relevant to the Bank’s range of services.
• Comply with all regulatory standards and internal policies governing financial services.
• Actively cultivate new business by pinpointing market opportunities through cold calling, warm leads, and referrals in the HOA and property management domains.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by managing incoming inquiries, training requests, and support for Deposit, Treasury Management, and Online Banking products specifically designed for HOAs and property management companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Deposit and Treasury Management Sales or related areas; a suitable combination of education and experience will be taken into account.
• Familiarity with state and federal banking regulations, operational policies, and the Bank’s offerings.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to resolve complex issues in non-standardized environments.
• Self-driven with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
