This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the integration of GE Healthcare products into various hospital IT systems.
• Design, configure, implement, and conduct testing of HL7 interfaces.
• Assist in the installation and testing of CARESCAPE Gateway products.
• Offer technical support to customers.
• Manage multiple projects that range from a few weeks to an indefinite duration.
• Provide support to customers across all time zones.
• Assist with occasional after-hours go-lives and support issues.
• Collaborate with external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop or enhance tools, processes, products, and service offerings.
• Innovate to enhance existing products and processes.
• Adhere to GEHC quality, compliance, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Complete all necessary Quality & Compliance training.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance issues, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of HL7 experience.
• Cloverleaf Level 1 Certification.
• Experience with vendor integration to Cerner, Epic, or Meditech.
• Proficient in working with ADT interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Ability to provide support to customers in all time zones and during occasional after-hours go-lives.
• Willingness to engage with external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screen is required, if applicable.
• No employment visa sponsorship will be provided.
• Preferred: Cloverleaf Level 2 or 3 Certification.
• Preferred: Experience with SQL databases.
• Preferred: Knowledge of VM integration.
• Preferred: Familiarity with GE Healthcare Patient Care Solution products.
