This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Craft intricate institutional scenarios within higher education workflows for sophisticated AI assessment.

• Create reference outputs and evaluation rubrics that reflect the insights of seasoned faculty and university administrators.

• Design and assess scenarios related to academic programs, curriculum, accreditation, student affairs, enrollment, governance, research administration, grant compliance, institutional planning, and university operations.

• Generate reference academic plans, materials for program development, leadership recommendations, communications for administrators and boards, documentation for research administration, accreditation materials, and outputs for strategic planning.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, institutional relevance, practical applicability, logical reasoning, stakeholder considerations, and compliance standards.

• Detect subtle reasoning flaws, impractical suggestions, and overlooked stakeholder considerations.

• Offer clear written justifications that support evaluation decisions.

• Organize complex institutional data into coherent professional outputs.

• Evaluate whether technology-enabled workflows are in alignment with institutional goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in higher education as faculty, an academic administrator, or a senior operational professional.

• Background in a college, university, research institution, or higher education system.

• Direct involvement with academic programs, enrollment or retention initiatives, research administration, accreditation, or institutional priorities.

• Comprehensive understanding of curriculum development, student affairs, shared governance, accreditation processes, and university operations.

• Familiarity with systems such as Banner, Workday Student, Canvas, Blackboard, Cayuse, InfoEd, or similar higher education platforms.

• Practical knowledge of university budgeting, enrollment management, institutional planning, and stakeholder governance.

• Proficient in articulating complex academic and institutional reasoning clearly and accurately in writing.

• Work must be accomplished without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information belonging to employers, students, institutions, clients, or other third parties.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this role.

• Experience in developing curricula, evaluation rubrics, accreditation materials, faculty training, or institutional documentation is a plus.
