This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete consulting and sales process.
• Actively seek out new clients and establish your own sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct consultation meetings independently via Zoom.
• Provide guidance to universities regarding degree programs, target demographics, and marketing strategies.
• Present recommendations backed by data in collaboration with our analytics team.
• Take ownership of revenue growth within your client portfolio.
• Forge partnerships with new universities.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with the data, content, and product teams.
• Strong enthusiasm for education, consulting, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Enjoy the blend of advisory roles with a focused approach on closing deals.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a confident demeanor.
• Proficient in German; good command of English.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a solid sense of responsibility.
• High energy and a dedication to going above and beyond.
• (Initial experience in sales, consulting, or the higher education sector is advantageous but not mandatory.)
• €65,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) — including base salary and variable compensation.
• Unlimited commission potential — no cap on earnings.
