This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Identifying, screening, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process (including negotiation and acceptance)
• Completing administrative tasks related to contractor hiring and facilitating the onboarding process for new contractors
• Administering established external and internal recruitment procedures
• Ensuring all accounts are fully staffed while cultivating and managing relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team
• Keeping the management team updated on market trends influencing contractor recruitment
• Achieving Customer Satisfaction goals by ensuring complete recruitment for all assigned accounts
• High School Diploma or GED, Required
• A minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an Intermediate level, Required
• Capability to handle multiple assignments and tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving conditions and work assignments, Required
• Proven customer service skills, Required
