High-Volume E-Discovery Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee all stages of high-volume electronic discovery cases

• Support the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow, encompassing identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production

• Liaise with e-discovery vendors for data collection, processing, hosting, and document production

• Examine and assess substantial amounts of electronically stored information (ESI)

• Create and execute document review processes and quality assurance procedures

• Draft and evaluate discovery requests, responses, privilege logs, and document productions

• Perform privilege, responsiveness, and confidentiality assessments

• Organize and oversee intricate discovery involving multiple stakeholders and extensive document sets

• Work in partnership with litigation teams to ensure compliance with discovery timelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• At least 5+ years of experience in litigation and e-discovery

• Significant experience managing high-volume e-discovery projects

• In-depth knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)

• Proven track record of coordinating with e-discovery vendors and executing EDRM/ESI protocols

• Background in document review, privilege review, document productions, and quality assurance

• Proficient in one or more e-discovery platforms, such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Reveal, Logikcull, or similar tools

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities

• Capacity to juggle multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a remote setting

• Experience with complex, multi-party litigation is preferred

• Background in construction litigation is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Experience in supervising document review teams is preferred

• Relativity certification, CEDS certification, or other e-discovery credentials are beneficial
