High Voltage Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Team Lead will collaborate closely with operations to address production requirements concerning the planning and control of machines within their specified area of responsibility.

• The role encompasses responsibilities related to facilitating a smooth production process, ensuring the effective management of raw materials, work-in-progress items, and the transfer of finished goods.

• Demonstrates strong decision-making skills and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

• Capable of influencing and training others in a courteous manner.

• Possesses a foundational level of communication skills (both verbal and written) and understands when to escalate issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.

• Must have excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills.

• Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
