• Perform an in-depth analysis of clients’ health, medical history, treatments, diagnoses, symptoms, and concerns while interpreting their unique test results.
• Assess the Pompa Program's capacity to assist clients in achieving their health objectives, evaluate their commitment and potential adherence, and qualify and approve clients for the program.
• After the assessment, independently evaluate the appropriateness of the Program(s) for each client, select the most suitable Program(s) for enrollment from Pompa’s various offerings, determine the optimal payment structure for each client, and customize the health plan accordingly.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations with potential clients via Zoom to assess their needs and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions.
• Establish rapport through an empathetic and educational sales approach to uncover client health challenges, identify gaps in their wellness journey, and recommend appropriate Pompa Program solutions.
• Proactively confirm appointments, prepare for consultations, and follow up with assigned leads to ensure a high attendance rate and meaningful discussions.
• Generate comprehensive consultation notes for the client's health coach, which will serve as a recommended starting point, dietary guidelines, and crucial "upstream" causative factors necessary for the care plan.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales, ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales model.
• Strong consultative closing skills, with the ability to confidently navigate objections and provide high-value solutions.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Must have access to reliable high-speed internet and possess a smartphone and computer equipped with video capabilities.
• A genuine passion for wellness, functional health, or alternative therapies.
• Formal knowledge of natural health, cellular healing, or physiology is an added advantage.
