
High-Ticket Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to evaluate performance, discuss strategies, and agree on subsequent actions.
• Dispatch bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours prior to scheduled meetings.
• Foster trust and relationships that encourage client renewals and referrals.
• Create, launch, and enhance Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
• Track daily performance and make necessary adjustments to meet cost per appointment goals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and formulate intervention strategies.
• Craft ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.
• Develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing purposes.
• Collaborate with video editors on creative production tasks.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite copywriting while ensuring quality remains high.
• Establish tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Set up Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing processes.
• Address technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.
• Experience in managing multiple client accounts at the same time.
• Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and client retention.
• Excellent copywriting abilities with a knack for creating persuasive ad copy and scripts.
• Proficiency in conversion tracking, pixels, and fundamental marketing automation.
• Preferred Experience:
• Background in the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
• Familiarity with video sales letter marketing techniques.
• Experience with high-ticket and considered purchase funnels.
