This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Conduct a substantial volume of outbound calls to engaged leads
• Assess prospects and determine their purchasing intentions
• Schedule appointments for closing sales representatives
• Maintain communication with leads throughout the sales pipeline
• Leverage CRM systems to monitor and track activities
• Participate in daily sales meetings and coaching sessions
• Analyze sales calls to enhance performance
• Work collaboratively with closers and leadership teams
• Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting targets
• Minimum of 6 months experience in SDR, setter, or phone sales roles
• Excellent communication abilities
• Confidence in handling objections effectively
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• High level of personal responsibility
• Strong work ethic and reliability
