High School Physics Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute curriculum within Ethos online learning platforms.

• Conduct regular synchronous sessions, with a minimum frequency of ten times per semester.

• Facilitate and evaluate all assignments promptly.

• Submit final course grades following discussions with lead faculty.

• Maintain consistent communication with students at least three times a week.

• Regularly inform students and families about academic progress.

• Manage student behavior to promote engagement and participation.

• Recognize unique student needs and collaborate with team members to address them.

• Engage actively in mandatory professional development courses.

• Uphold the mission, vision, and core values of Ethos School.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of relevant teaching experience is required.

• Experience with Advanced Placement (AP) in the subject area is preferred.

• A current teaching certificate in Secondary Education is mandatory.

• Understanding of student cognitive development and diverse learning styles is essential.

• A bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area is required.

• A master's degree is preferred.
