High Level Commercial Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance in commercial litigation cases

• Prepare motions, pleadings, discovery materials, and various legal documents

• Perform legal research and contribute to case strategy development

• Support ongoing litigation files and facilitate efficient progress

• Assist with hearings, depositions, and other tasks related to litigation as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida

• Reside in Miami or the greater South Florida region

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Experience at a large law firm or big law is preferred

• Federal clerkship experience is a significant advantage

• Proficient drafting, research, and organizational abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Capable of working independently
