This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Develop a robust portfolio and expertise in hernia procedures.
• Establish clinical and procedural excellence to foster growth that exceeds the market average.
• Design and implement targeted strategies aimed at expanding hernia market share.
• Apply the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize (FES) model for account conversion.
• Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Enhance partnerships with key stakeholders involved in hernia disease management.
• Interact with customers to improve patient outcomes and encourage procedural adoption.
• Propel Robotic Integration and Adoption: Spearhead initiatives to incorporate robotic surgery into hernia procedures.
• Position the hernia portfolio as the primary solution for robotic-assisted surgery.
• Leverage advanced selling tools, educational resources on disease states, and innovative solutions to stimulate new business.
• Execute market development programs, therapy awareness campaigns, Pace initiatives, training sessions, and simulation labs to quicken procedural adoption.
• Meet or surpass sales quotas.
• Implement new product launches effectively.
• Conduct accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience * OR Associate’s Degree and at least 4+ years of experience * OR Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2+ years of experience *
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sectors.
• Strong grasp of clinical environments and the capability to effectively convey complex product information.
• Experience in cultivating and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative capacities.
• Skill in developing and executing strategic business plans that promote growth and enhance market share.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team framework.
