This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee the formulation and implementation of reimbursement and health economic strategies for Structural Heart (SH) products throughout the EMEA region.
• Create clinical and economic evidence, health economic evaluations, and tools for customers that highlight economic value.
• Enhance understanding and prioritize market access requirements across various EMEA countries.
• Lead the execution of health economic initiatives, including cost-effectiveness analyses, to support market access strategies.
• Evaluate and present clinical and economic evidence to targeted audiences, including the publication of research results.
• Serve as a representative for Reimbursement and Health Economics at external conferences and meetings.
• A postgraduate degree (MS, MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD, or MD) in Economics, Health Economics, Life Sciences, Health Policy, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in market access for medical devices or pharmaceutical products, including reimbursement, health economics, HTA, and funding applications.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or medical device technology assessment, with a proven track record of successful reimbursement and funding applications within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the application, development, and evaluation of health economic models.
• Experience in executing outcomes research projects and crafting value propositions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of reimbursement systems across Europe.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capacity to work across diverse cultures, strong project management skills, results-oriented, and a commitment to quality.
